2. I make the site on the platformStructure, design and build at the exact price from the services and prices page; before launch you review and approve the site.
3. LaunchAfter the invoice is paid I publish the site within one working day and send your login to the panel.

• Can I cancel?Yes. Automatic payment is turned off at my.tiptoppay.kz or by writing to me. The site stays online until the end of the paid period; the unused part of a payment is refunded as the Payment and refunds page describes. On request I export your texts and files within 10 working days.
• Whose is the domain?Yours: you pay the registrar and the domain is registered in your name.
• Do I need a developer to edit?No. You change and publish texts, photos and prices in the panel yourself; at launch I show you how.
• How do I pay?By Visa or Mastercard card through TipTop Pay or ForteBank, or by bank transfer against an invoice. A monthly card charge is turned on only with your consent when you pay; a paid year does not renew by itself.
