Hosting and care

What is included

• Hosting of the site with an SSL certificate (https) on a global content delivery network.
• The content panel: you change texts, images, projects and news yourself, without a developer.
• Weekly backups of the content. Changes made after the last copy can be lost.
• Updates of the platform and fixes of technical faults on my side.
• Support by email or Telegram on working days, 10:00–19:00 Almaty time. I usually answer within one working day and name the time to fix a fault after diagnosis. There is no round-the-clock monitoring of each site.

What is not included

New pages, design changes and new features are separate work: I describe the task and send a price before starting.

The domain name is paid for by you to the registrar and registered in your name.

How payment works

Each billing month is paid in advance; it runs from the date of the first payment. Before paying you receive an invoice with the domain of the site, the period, the amount and links to these terms.

Companies and entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan pay in tenge by bank transfer against the invoice. Clients outside Kazakhstan can pay in US dollars by bank transfer (SWIFT) at the National Bank of Kazakhstan rate on the date of the invoice.

You can also pay by Visa or Mastercard card through a TipTop Pay payment link. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment. The fiscal receipt comes to your email from the connected online cash register.

Automatic monthly payment is turned on only with your separate consent when you pay: you tick an empty box that reads «I authorise a monthly charge of 15 000 ₸ for the site [domain] from [date] until I cancel.»

When the service starts

When the site is agreed as ready and I have the accesses I need, I send the invoice for the launch. The site is published within one working day after the payment. A site that already runs keeps running while the subscription is paid.

How to cancel

To turn off automatic payment, use my.tiptoppay.kz or write to me by email or Telegram. A charge made after I receive your cancellation is refunded.

The site stays online until the end of the paid billing month. If you end the agreement early, the unused part of the payment is refunded as described on the Payment and refunds page.

Your content stays yours: on request I export the texts and media files (JSON and the original files) within 10 working days so the site can move to another host. The platform itself is not handed over.

Price changes

I announce a new price 30 calendar days in advance. A higher automatic charge happens only after your separate consent; without it, automatic payment stops.
