Payment and refunds

Ways to pay

• By bank transfer against an invoice: in tenge for companies and entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan, in US dollars (SWIFT) for clients outside Kazakhstan.
• By Visa or Mastercard card through a payment link of the TipTop Pay payment service.

Card payment

You receive a payment link, open the TipTop Pay page and enter the card details. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment. After a successful payment the fiscal receipt comes to your email from the connected online cash register.

The price is shown in tenge. Your bank may charge its own fee or convert the currency at its rate.

Security of your data

Card details are entered on the TipTop Pay page over an encrypted connection and are processed to the PCI DSS standard. I do not receive the full card number or the CVV/CVC code.

Never send card details, codes from your bank or passwords by email or in messengers. Pay only on the page opened from my link and check that its address begins with https.

Keep your documents

It is worth keeping invoices, receipts and other documents of your payments: they make it quicker to answer a question about a payment.

Refunds

• A charge made twice or by mistake is refunded in full.
• A charge made after I received your cancellation of automatic payment is refunded in full.
• If you end the agreement early, the unused part of the payment for the billing month is refunded, minus documented costs that the services already provided do not cover.
• If the service was not provided through my fault, the payment for the days without service is refunded.

To request a refund, write to me by email with the date and amount of the payment. I send a reasoned answer within 10 calendar days and the refund order within 10 working days of the request. The money returns the way it was paid; the time to credit it depends on your bank.
